Dr. Chidi Ngwaba, a leading Lifestyle Medicine doctor with over 20 years of experience helping people reverse, prevent, and improve chronic diseases—such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and more—through natural, practical lifestyle changes.
Trained at Cambridge, UCL, and Johns Hopkins, Dr. Chidi is internationally known for his powerful “Life Colours” program. He’s a TED speaker, media contributor, and founding board member of the European Society of Lifestyle Medicine. He frequently appears on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, BBC, SKY News, Premier Radio, and has written for Top Santé, The Daily Mail, and The Daily Express. He also featured in the film The End of Medicine.
Dr. Chidi founded a Lifestyle Medicine Clinic on Harley Street and launched two award-winning “Plant” restaurants in London. In 2016, he received a national leadership award for his work in disease reversal.
